A well-established restaurant in Stellenbosch, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data & Admin Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of basic data management within the hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Capturing and maintaining accurate daily operational data, including sales, stock, and supplier information *Processing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes; Assisting with stock control administration, including reconciling stock counts and variances *Supporting basic payroll administration, including: Capturing staff hours and attendance records; Assisting with payroll input and recordkeeping; Maintaining employee records and documentation *General administrative duties, including filing, document management, and recordkeeping *Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements *Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all captured data *Liaising with management, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth information flow *All other tasks related to this role.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Previous experience in an administrative or data capturing role (hospitality experience advantageous);
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and timekeeping systems;
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Own reliable transport.
