Key Responsibilities
  • Receive customer enquiries and food orders through telephone, WhatsApp, online platforms and other approved channels.
  • Enter orders accurately, confirm menu items, quantities, prices, delivery details, payment method and special requests.
  • Provide clear information about menus, promotions, availability, delivery timelines and company services.
  • Communicate orders and special instructions promptly to the kitchen, dispatch and logistics teams.
  • Monitor orders from placement to completion and update customers proactively regarding delays or changes.
  • Handle complaints calmly and professionally, resolve routine issues within authority and escalate complex matters appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, complaints, refunds, feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Support basic payment or sales reconciliation and ensure receipts and customer documentation are processed accurately.
  • Promote relevant products and services without compromising accuracy or customer care.
  • Prepare shift handovers and daily customer-service or order reports as required.

Qualification And Experience:
  • Diploma, HND or equivalent relevant training in Customer Service, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; strong practical experience may also be considered.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, call-centre, food-service, retail, order processing or a similar environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, telephone etiquette and active-listening skills.
  • Accurate data-entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with point-of-sale, order-entry or customer-service systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Professionalism, patience, emotional intelligence, accountability and the ability to remain calm during peak periods.

Working Conditions: The role involves prolonged telephone and computer use and requires rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
