Terrace Africa is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Controller to join our finance team in Zimbabwe.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Controller will support the AR function by ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely collections, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing and processing customer invoices accurately
• Following up on outstanding accounts and supporting the collections process
• Reconciling AR ledgers and resolving discrepancies
• Responding to client billing queries in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with month-end reporting and AR schedules
• Filing and maintaining financial documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong numerical and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
