WE ARE HIRING: ASSET MANAGER / TRANSACTION ADVISOR
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Asset Manager / Transaction Advisor to support the execution of a capital
markets transaction, with a key focus on preparing listing documentation for a convertible debenture raise and
subsequent IPO. This role also includes ongoing investor relations support and coordination across internal and
external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Execution Support
• Assist in the preparation of listing documentation, including prospectuses, investor decks, regulatory filings, and
financial models.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors to ensure compliance with relevant capital markets regulations.
• Support due diligence processes and maintain organised data rooms.

Investor Relations & Capital Raising
• Draft and coordinate investor communications including updates, FAQs, and briefings.
• Support relationship management with current and prospective investors, including organising roadshows and investor meetings.
• Maintain investor contact databases and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Asset & Portfolio Support
• Assist with reporting and company analysis to support ongoing transaction readiness.
• Provide inputs into valuation, financial reporting, and transaction pipeline tracking.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
• Aspirations to further education into a CFA qualification or similar.
• Must have experience in stockbroking and a working knowledge of how to list a company.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (stockbroking, investment analysis, corporate finance, asset
management, or advisory).
• Strong financial modelling, Microsoft Excel, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in investor-facing contexts.
• Familiarity with capital markets processes, listing requirements, and convertible instruments is a distinct advantage.
