Utility Operator II

The Utility Operator II is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within the FMCG and manufacturing environment at Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc. This full-time, mid-level role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. The position is based in an office setting in Addis Ababa, where the operator will collaborate with team members to maintain optimal production standards and ensure equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform routine diagnostics and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment usage.
• Support the implementation of safety and quality standards in the production environment.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
• Adhere to operational guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and solutions.
