The Auto Mechanic at Moha Soft Drinks Industry Plc plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our automotive fleet. This full-time position is suited for junior-level professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the automotive sector, based in our Addis Ababa office. The mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency under pressure. This role requires creativity and strong multitasking abilities to meet service demands and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair and replace faulty parts and components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
