Job Title : Stores Clerk (Fixed Term)
Grade : B3
Station : Head Office

Key Responsibilities:
• Receives, stores, keeps, and dispatches all Stores items.
• Checks delivery notes and/or invoices against purchase orders to ensure that the goods supplied are as per order.
• Inspects goods received to ensure conformity to specifications
• Raises goods received vouchers
• Updates Bin Cards / Stock Cards.

• Label items and ensure that they are correctly binned.
• Receives and processes all requisitions for Stores items.
• Maintains proper housekeeping.
• Initiates replenishment of store items in accordance with set re-order levels.
• Complies with ISO 9000 relevant work procedures and quality standards.
• Any other duties as may be delegated by the Assistant Accountant.

Qualifications and Experience:
• 5 ‘O’ Level including Mathematics & English.
• Certificate in Stores Management/Equivalent.

Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Certificate in Stores Management or Equivalent.
