Site Supervisor - Cleaning

Job Description:

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily cleaning operations. Key duties include supervising cleaning operators, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and conducting regular inspections. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to maintain quality of cleaning services on sites.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform routine inspections to maintain housekeeping standards.
• Track staff attendance and complete timesheets accurately.
• Ensure absent replacements are timely.
• Conduct structured meetings with team leaders and operators.
• Visit sites post-cleaning to maintain quality.
• Address and resolve clients grievances.
• Monitor and address recurring absenteeism.
• Maintain staffing levels as per job layout.

Requirements:

• Minimum SC or HSC qualification
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle/car driving license.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
