Cairo Hotel is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
Responsibilities or duties
Security Officers ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.
Access Control: Monitor entry points, verify identification, and manage visitor access to ensure only authorized personnel and guests enter the premises.
Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and back-of-house.
CCTV Monitoring: Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to identify and prevent security breaches.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, de-escalating situations and coordinating with management and emergency services.
Key Management: Control and monitor the issuance of keys to staff and guests.
Theft Prevention: Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Lost and Found Security: Assist with the secure storage and retrieval of lost and found items.
Reporting: Maintain detailed incident logs and submit reports to management.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Relevant academic or professional qualifications for specialised positions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Experience needed
Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
