The After-Sales Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and assessments of installations to ensure compliance with safety
standards, manufacturer specifications, and customer requirements. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, minimizing risks, and ensuring the longevity of manufactured and installed products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and scheduled inspections of racking and shelving installations at client sites.
- Identify defects, damages, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence and compliance checklists.
- Advise customers on safe usage, load capacities, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange for repairs and installations to be done.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients post-installation.
- Ensure compliance with SEMA and local occupational health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional after-sales service.
