Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise growth, profitability, and market share
- Lead sales, aftersales, and operational performance initiatives
- Support dealership performance across new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, and workshop divisions
- Develop and implement regional growth strategies
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency
- Manage budgets, forecasts, stock levels, and operational costs
- Lead and mentor dealership teams and management structures
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry legislation and company standards
- Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and operational meetings
- Oversee marketing initiatives, events, and brand visibility within the region
