About the Procurement & Supplies Intern Role The ERB is offering one internship position based in Lusaka, Zambia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Procurement and Supplies and will serve a six-month term.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to various procurement processes and administrative support activities within the unit. Key Responsibilities Prepare requests for quotations to support procurement activities.

Evaluate received quotations and assist in preparing documentation for low-value procurements and procurement committee submissions. Compile and maintain data for procurement and supplies reports.

Organize and file procurement and supplies records systematically. Support daily operational tasks within the Procurement and Supplies Unit as required.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Possession of a Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent qualification. Degree in Purchasing and Supplies or a related field from a recognized institution.

Applicants should preferably reside in Lusaka to facilitate daily engagement. Graduation date must be on or after 1 January 2023.
