ICT Intern Opportunity at Energy Regulation Board (ERB) – Lusaka, Zambia The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) invites applications for an exciting internship opportunity for recent graduates seeking ict intern jobs in Lusaka.

This six-month internship offers hands-on experience supporting the Information Communication and Technology function within a reputable statutory body established under the Energy Regulation Act No. 12 of 2019.

About the ICT Intern Role Based in Lusaka, Zambia, this internship is designed to provide practical exposure to ICT operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering frontline technical support and maintaining ICT assets, contributing to the smooth running of ERB’s technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities for ICT Intern Jobs in Lusaka Deliver first-line ICT support to staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with digital tools, and managing incident and service request logs. Provide remote technical assistance and advisory support on hardware, software, networks, and communications through phone, email, and desk-side interventions.

Troubleshoot connectivity challenges and help ensure secure communication channels between ERB and its partner institutions. Maintain clear and timely communication with users regarding the status of their ICT incidents and service requests.

Assist in maintaining and updating the ICT assets register to ensure all equipment is accurately recorded and tracked. Minimum Qualifications Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

A degree in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, or a closely related field. Applicants must have graduated on or after 1st January 2023.

Internship Duration The internship will initially run for a period of six (6) months, providing valuable practical experience in a professional ICT environment.
