Job purpose:

To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include English Language and Mathematics.
• An earned Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a Merit or better from a reputable and recognized University
• An earned Master’s degree in Physics from a reputable and recognized University
• An earned PhD degree of Science in Physics will be an added advantage
• Functional computer literacy skills

Experience needed

• At least two years of teaching experience at tertiary level

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

• Proof of research and publications
• A valid membership with a relevant professional body
• Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) validation
