Job purpose

To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include English Language and Mathematics.
• An earned Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Merit or better from a reputable and recognized University
• An earned Master’s degree in Economics from a reputable University
• An earned PhD degree in Economics will be an added advantage
• Functional computer skills
• Proof of research and publications

Experience needed

• At least two years of teaching experience at tertiary level

• A valid membership with a relevant professional body
