Available Full-Time Positions Director Commercial Services (G2) – 1 Position Finance Manager (G3) – 1 Position Call Centre Agent (G8) – 1 Position Director Commercial Services (G2) The Director Commercial Services will lead and oversee the company’s commercial operations, driving business growth, strategy development, marketing initiatives, innovation, resource mobilisation, customer and billing services, debt management, and community engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, Management Studies, or a related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in any of the above fields is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Valid membership in a relevant professional body.

Finance Manager (G3) Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will manage and coordinate all financial and management accounting functions, financial reporting, policy implementation, and provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team.

Key Requirements:

• Full professional accounting qualification such as ZICA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar financial management role.
• Membership with a recognized professional accounting body.
• Qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).

Call Centre Agent (G8) The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, handling complaints, following up on customer issues, and providing general information to support excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate with five O' Levels, including English and Mathematics.
• Certificate in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Qualifications must be verified by ZAQA.
