Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to
support day-to-day supply chain activities in a fast-paced electronics assembly
environment. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, supplier
communication, inventory management, and internal coordination with production and
warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer purchase orders (POs): capture, issue, track, and
    maintain documentation.
  • Follow up with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, order confirmations,
    and required documents.
  • Liaise with production and warehouse teams to support material readiness for
    assembly plans.
  • Assist with inventory control: stock tracking, reconciliations, cycle counts, and
    stock take preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records on ERP systems and Excel (open orders, GRVs, stock
    movements, supplier master data).
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries: courier bookings, collections, delivery
    schedules, and delivery note control.
  • Support receiving processes by verifying quantities and documentation; escalate
    discrepancies and shortages.
  • Prepare basic reports such as open PO reports, stock status updates, and
    supplier delivery performance.
  • Provide general supply chain coordination and administrative support as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
    (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/procurement/inventory coordination
    support (manufacturing experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP exposure beneficial (e.g., SAP, Sage, Syspro, Dynamics,
    Oracle).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with suppliers and
    internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure.
    Advantageous / Nice to Have
  • Exposure to electronics components, BOMs, part numbers, and lead time
    management.
  • Understanding of assembly/manufacturing material requirements.
  • Familiarity with GRVs, invoice support documentation, and procurement
    process controls.
