Our client, a well-established player in the industrial sector, is seeking a proactive and driven home-based Internal Sales Representative to support their KZN operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, managing enquiries and quotations, and working closely with resellers and end users in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Handle customer enquiries related to cutting tools, tooling solutions, and machining applications
- Prepare accurate quotations on cutting tools (carbide inserts, drills, taps, end mills, etc.) and follow up to secure orders
- Provide product recommendations and technical support to resellers, distributors, and end users
- Process orders and ensure smooth coordination through to delivery
- Maintain and grow relationships within the cutting tools and manufacturing client base
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Liaise with external sales representatives regarding customer requirements and opportunities
- Keep up to date with cutting tools products, applications, and industry trends
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
