Dealer Principal 
We are seeking a Dealer Principal for our new Hyundai dealership opening in Table View. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee dealership operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while fostering a positive dealership culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall operations of the dealership, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Manage and mentor the sales and service teams, fostering an environment of high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective supply chain practices.
  • Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge about Hyundai products and services.
  • Report directly to senior management on dealership performance and market trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a similar leadership role within the retail sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations, including finance, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in using dealership management systems and MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive brands will be highly advantageous.
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Certification in dealership management or sales training programs.
