Human Resources Officer
Kings Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our growing team, If you are passionate about developing people, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the best HR practices we would love to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of Zimbabwe labour laws.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Human Resources professional certification and membership with a recognised Human Resources body

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition.
Promote employee engagement and positive employee relations.
Coordinate training, performance management and staff development.
Conduct disciplinary hearings and support conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company pollicies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
