Brand Strategist
Kings Pharmacy is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support the growth of our pharmacy and healthcare services

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
Experience in the retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools, graphic design knowledge is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies that align with Kings Pharmacy’s vision and business obiectives
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all branches and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities,
Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Oversee content strategy for social media, website, promotions, and in-store branding
Coordinate product launches, health awareness campaigns, community outreach programs, and promotional events
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising and regulatory guidelines
