Job Title: Housekeeper/Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper/Cleaner to manage and maintain our staff dormitory. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and organized living environment for our employees by handling daily cleaning, housekeeping services, and facility inspections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Cleaning & Sanitization

• Perform daily cleaning and regular disinfection of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other communal areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

1. Housekeeping & Organization

• Assist residents with basic laundry organization and bed-making; wash communal tableware and kitchen utensils to keep shared spaces orderly.

1. Facility & Inventory Management

• Monitor communal supplies, conduct routine checks on utilities (water, electricity) and home appliances, and promptly report any damages for repair to ensure a safe living environment.

Requirements

• Health & Age: Under 40 years old, in good physical health, and holding a valid health certificate.
• Experience: Prior experience in professional cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel services is preferred; familiarity with standard cleaning and disinfection procedures is required.
• Competencies: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded with strong safety awareness; willing to comply with company dormitory regulations and management.
