We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all manufacturing and production activities to achieve operational targets.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams and departmental managers.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
