Overview:A dynamic role supporting financial administration, office management, and executive assistance within a professional environment. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Office Management:- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth running of the office
- Manage suppliers, office supplies, and general administration
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics
Finance Support (±1–2 days per week):
- Assist with VAT submissions and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and data capturing
- Reconciliations and general finance
- Work on Sage Pastel
Personal Assistance:- Provide personal and administrative support to management
- Manage diaries, correspondence, and general coordination
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid numeracy skills
- Bcom Law Degree
- 1+ Years' Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Sage Pastel or similar accounting systems
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Procurement and contract management
