Job description

DOSH Solution Limited, a financial services company, is inviting applications for Direct Sales Agents.

Number of Positions: 2
Location: COMESA Market, Lusaka
Basis: Commission Based

Your Role
– Market DOSH Solutions loan products and services.
– Identify and recruit new customers.
– Visit markets, businesses, and institutions to generate quality leads.
– Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
– Educate customers on responsible borrowing.
– Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
– Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Requirements
– Grade 12 Certificate.
– Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage.
– Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or microfinance is an added advantage.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, honest, professional, and willing to work in the field.
