DOSH Solution Limited, a financial services company, is inviting applications for the position of Business Development / Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the DOSH brand.
– Generate new business opportunities and quality loan applications.
– Build and maintain relationships with marketeers, business owners, civil servants, and community partners.
– Conduct field marketing, customer engagement activities, and field-based promotions.
– Organise financial literacy campaigns and community outreach programmes.
– Manage digital platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
– Create professional marketing content, including photos, videos, and promotional materials.
– Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve products and services.
– Support customer retention and reactivation campaigns.
– Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications
– Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, Banking, or a related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, banking, insurance, FMCG, telecommunications, or financial services.
– A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
