Job Recruitment: Chinese Translator & Site Construction Supervisor

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Translation Duties
1. Provide on-site bidirectional interpretation between Chinese and local Zambian language. Accurately deliver daily communication, work instructions and technical disclosure between Chinese management & technical staff, local workers, supervisors and project partners.
2. Assist in sorting basic site documents, construction daily logs and communication records to ensure smooth language coordination.
3. Handle daily administrative affairs, labor communication and material coordination translation on construction site, guarantee barrier-free communication during construction.
2. Construction Site Duties
1. Assist the site engineer in daily road construction management, including manpower arrangement, construction procedure inspection and progress follow-up.
2. Assist in setting out layout, preliminary construction quality inspection and on-site safety supervision & reminder.
3. Manage on-site construction materials and tools, check attendance of local laborers, and implement daily site work arrangements.
4. Follow the arrangement of project management, and complete temporary construction and coordination tasks on site.
