CHINESE CHEF

We are seeking to employee a Chinese Chef
KEY DUTIES:
l Strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice
l Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes
l Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment
l Ability to manage numerous tasks, assign responsibilities and display high patience
l Ability to uphold amicable working relationship with team members, staff, and management
l Good communication skills
l Achieved basic food hygiene certificate
l Positive attitude and Self motivated
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Ø 1 Year work experience with traceable references
Ø General Hospitality or Food production. Certification from a recognized institution is an added advantage
