Job Title: Cashier

Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Cashier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process payments from patients and clients.
- Issue receipts and accurately record all transactions.
- Handle cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
- Reconcile daily collections and submit accurate reports.
- Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
- Assist patients and clients with payment-related enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial procedures and policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office being an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
- Must be a team player with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
