A leading player in the industrial and engineering sector is looking for a Sales Specialist with strong exposure to the welding market to join their Cape Town team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the welding industry, enjoys working with technical products, and can build long-term client relationships within the industrial space.
The successful candidate will focus on growing market share, supporting customers with technical solutions, and driving sales within the region.

- Based in Cape Town
- Previous sales experience within the welding industry
- Strong understanding of welding products, consumables, or related technical solutions
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Job Experience & Skills Required
- New business development and account management
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication environments
- Exposure to welding consumables, equipment, gas, PPE, or related products advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory
- Technical or engineering qualification advantageous
