Position Overview – Warehouse Officer Jobs in Lumwana Based at our Lumwana facility, the Warehouse Officer will manage the logistical handling of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper storage and accurate processing.
This role is key to maintaining the timely, complete, and high-quality delivery of machine parts to both internal departments and external customers. Key Responsibilities Accurately process incoming and outgoing goods to support uninterrupted parts delivery.
Manage daily purchase and sales orders both physically and administratively. Prepare and collect orders for shipment efficiently.
Provide feedback on stock issues and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Ensure efficient storage and organization of goods in the warehouse.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse, adhering to safety guidelines. Serve as a point of contact at the warehouse counter for internal and external customers.
Coordinate the distribution of incoming goods to the workshop and mechanics. Candidate Profile and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (MM, WM modules).
