Warehouse & Inventory Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and organize raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
• Prepare stock issue and dispatch records accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or variances promptly
• Ensure proper warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch coordination
• Track damaged, expired, or missing stock and report issues immediately
• Work closely with production, operations, and finance teams to maintain stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company inventory and warehouse procedures

Requirements

• Minimum SHS, HND, or Diploma qualification
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, storekeeping, or logistics operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory recording and stock reconciliation
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Basic Excel or computer knowledge is an advantage
• Must live near Tema Golf City or surrounding areas
