Position Overview:
The role demands strong oversight of warehouse security, staff supervision, and continuous process improvement to meet operational goals. Foster a positive team environment by resolving conflicts and communicating clear job expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma in Warehouse or Stores Management, Purchasing & Supply, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Stores or Warehouse Management, preferably within manufacturing, mining, or ICT sectors. Proven expertise in preparing stock, inventory, and fleet management reports.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze data effectively.
Membership in CIPS or ZIPS is mandatory. Academic qualifications (Grade 12) and professional certificates must be validated by ZAQA.
