Position Overview:

• Waiter / Waitress Role As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring guests receive attentive and courteous service.
• Your role will involve close collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities for Waiter Waitress Jobs in Lusaka Greet and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Efficiently deliver meals and drinks to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area at all times.
• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Qualifications and Experience Required Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Certification in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and at least one local language.
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, including working weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
