Tender Sales Graduate Trainee
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tender Sales Graduate Trainee to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in tender
administration, sales support, and business development within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and identify tender opportunities from various sources.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for tender submissions.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of tenders, contracts, and customer information.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and provide feedback reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Procurement, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
