Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join their mining company based in Gauteng. You will be responsible for driving technical sales, developing new business, managing customer relationships and providing technical product support within the mining and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales and develop new business opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors.
• Build, manage and maintain strong customer relationships and key accounts.
• Provide technical product support and solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation and process customer orders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Develop sales forecasts and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate product deliveries and customer requirements.
• Conduct customer site visits and provide ongoing account support.
• Prepare sales, customer activity and market reports.
• Promote the company's products and maintain a high standard of customer service.

• Grade 12
• BSc Degree in Chemistry/Geology
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Technical Sales position
  
• Proven experience providing technical sales support and managing customer relationships within the mining sector
  
• Proven experience developing new business and managing key customer accounts
• Ability to assess a customer's needs and provide the correct solutions and/or required support for a positive customer experience
