About the Role:

Systems Engineer Trainee Jobs in Lusaka As a Systems Engineer Trainee at Sparc Systems Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise servers and systems. This full-time role involves a range of duties across systems administration, technical support, infrastructure operations, documentation, and client support, all designed to develop your technical expertise and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and related systems. Perform routine system administration tasks, including patching, user account management, and backup support.

Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure availability and reliability. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and infrastructure issues promptly.

Respond to incidents and service requests while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs). Support virtualization, storage, networking, and monitoring platforms.
