As a Supervisor, you will oversee all rock breaker maintenance and repair activities on site. Your leadership will ensure equipment reliability, safe execution of work, and high-quality service aligned with contractual obligations, Normet’s standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities for Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka Supervise daily maintenance, repair, and inspection of hydraulic rock breakers and related hydraulic systems. Plan and assign tasks to fitters and technicians to meet maintenance targets efficiently.
Ensure all scheduled preventative maintenance is completed promptly and thoroughly. Coordinate rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Monitor equipment performance and identify patterns of recurring failures, implementing corrective measures. Maintain compliance with Normet specifications and client procedures during all maintenance activities.
