DUTIES (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Assisting in food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation,
Assisting in taking inventory of supplies and equipment,
Assisting in setting up, cleaning and organizing work stations,
Preparing cooking ingredients,
Cooking food according to food health and safety standards,
Storing all food properly,
Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils,

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies:
Studying towards Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
Good Communication skills – (written and oral),
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations,
Knowledge of various cooking procedures,
Inter-personal skills,
Exceptional customer service skills,
