Job Description:
- Partner with executive leadership to shape business strategy and drive sustainable growth
- Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting process
- Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations that influence critical business decisions
- Drive business performance through proactive analysis, forecasting, and strategic interventions
- Champion profitability and margin improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Lead pricing and revenue optimisation strategies to maximise business value
- Deliver executive-level reporting, board presentations, and performance insights
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions to achieve financial targets
- Drive finance transformation through automation, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering an inclusive culture
- Optimise resource allocation and investment decisions to support long-term business objective
Skills & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in finance leadership experience within a complex corporate environment
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving strategic business decisions
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to improve business performance and profitability
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions and regions
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build high-performance cultures
