  • Security advice to clients;
  • Quality Assurance Audit;
  • Threat and Risk assessments;  
  • Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship;   
  • Project Management;
  • Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints;   
  • Ensure that the contractual requirements are met all the time; 
  • Maintaining the ISO 90002 quality system;
  • Ensure that all company/Clients SOPs are followed;
  • Incident and investigations Management;
  • Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practices, covering the physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity confidentiality;
  • Manage a day-to-day running of the relevant site to ensure profitability;
  • Effective organisation, supervision and staff management;
  • Client retention and maintaining customer service levels;
  • Training and development;
  • Audits and assessments;
  • Maintenance and safeguarding of company and client assets;
 
  
 Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:   
  
  • PSIRA certification – Grade A;   
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;   
  • Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years; 
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures;
  • Knowledge of tools or systems which provides access security control;
  • Must have confidence in dealing with the public;
  • Experience in retail industry would be an advantage;
  • Bilingual (English and any other South African Language);
  • First aid and firefighting will be advantageous;
  • Excellent written &verbal communication;
  • Computer literate and knowledge of MS office; 
  • Must be willing to undergo polygraph test. 
  • Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
