Grade 12 Certificate
Zambian citizen
Experience in sales, retail or customer service preferred
Good communication & customer service skills
Able to handle cash/mobile money & keep simple records
Comfortable with WhatsApp & social media
Honest, reliable & well-presented
Must provide 2 traceable references
