Senior Sales Consultant

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in a highly technical environment. Webdev (Pvt) Ltd is Zimbabwe’s leading web hosting, online marketing, e-commerce, online payments, and web development company, a multi-award-winning company, and a market leader. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a passion for winning new business and building long-term client relationships. This position will report to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new corporate clients within approved target markets.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
Manage client onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Develop strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Qualifications And Experience

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years’ proven B2B sales experience, preferably within ICT, SaaS, FinTech or Digital Solutions.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
Good understanding of solution selling and consultative sales techniques.

Self motivated and driven.
Able to make decisions and prioritise when selling.
