Security Supervisors (2)

A reputable security service company is urgently two (2) experienced security guards’ supervisors with at least 5 years work experience in a supervisor.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Team Management & Scheduling:Assigns duties, coordinates shift rotations, manages attendance, and ensures constant security coverage.
• Performance & Training:Evaluates security personnel, conducts regular skill assessments, and leads emergency response drills.
• Incident Management:Acts as the first responder during security breaches, medical incidents, or crises, and prepares detailed incident reports.
• Security System Oversight:Monitors surveillance (CCTV) and alarm systems, and ensures access control procedures are strictly followed.
• Risk Assessments:Conducts regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implements preventive measures against theft or accidents.

Requirements

• Candidates should be male and age 40 years above
• Hold at least secondary school certificate
• Able to communicate in basic English
