Security Officer

Rongxing Investment Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, disciplined, and dedicated individuals to fill the position of Security Officer.

Position: Security Officer

Number of Positions: 2

Location: Kalulushi, Zambia

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the company's premises, employees, visitors, and property.
• Control access to company premises by checking identification and authorizing entry.
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Record daily security activities and prepare incident reports.
• Inspect company property to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Assist during emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate in Security Studies or related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer is preferred.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Good observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• No criminal record.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
