SALES TEAM LEADER (CHINESE SPEAKER)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and fluent Chinese-speaking individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive sales training will be provided. The successful candidate will support communication between management and the sales team while leading and coordinating daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
Facilitate communication between Chinese management and local staff.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
Monitor team performance and report progress to management.
Assist in implementing sales strategies and company policies.
Ensure accurate reporting and proper coordination of sales operations.
Requirements

Fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn sales processes and company products.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
University degree

No previous sales experience is required.
Full sales training will be provided.
