As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Epiroc and our customers. Your expertise will be essential in analysing customer technical needs and operational challenges, recommending tailored products and solutions, and clearly communicating complex technical information in a manner that supports business objectives.

This full-time, onsite position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to grow market share and enhance profitability within the mining and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret customer technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Recommend suitable products, systems, and technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to business stakeholders.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate internally to drive continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mining, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Chinese.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience managing and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills to support sales objectives.
• Solid understanding of pricing structures, profit margins, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to balance customer requirements with business profitability goals.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
