Position: Sales and Marketing Representative
Location: Harare
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect, acquire, and retain new clients to meet sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in ZOHO and social media marketing tools is an advantage.
Salary & Application Instructions:
Offered salary is between USD $300 – $600 per month, plus commission/bonus potential based on performance.
