A leading microfinance is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below.
SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director and will perform the following duties among others;
• Markets the Company’s products.
• Sources for new business.
• Conducts market intelligence.
• Recommends business development strategies.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key clients and other stakeholders.
• Identifies and targets potential clients and markets, with the aim of expanding the Company’s customer base and achieving revenue growth.
• Prepares marketing reports.
• Recruits sales representatives, sets objectives, trains and coaches them, and monitors their performance
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• A minimum of five (5) “O” level passes including English Language.
• Must have a degree or a diploma in sales or marketing or related fields.
|• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Drivers licence a must.
• Computer literate.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
