We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in manufacturing industry to spearhead our commercial activities in Gweru. In this role, you will lead the charge in expanding our market footprint, maintaining exceptional standards of client service, and shaping our brand’s local presence.
KEY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
• Lead and direct localized sales execution and strategic marketing frameworks.
• Participate in policy-making and ensure the robust implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS).
• Consistently meet or exceed volume budget expectations while identifying cost-optimization opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills with full professional fluency in English.
• Technical: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Driving Licence: Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence (essential for regional mobility).
